This and That about Kasia

What complete means

The two biggest things that motivated me to start this blog is to firstly INFORM people about the local crafters and the beautiful handcrafts they make. Than to INSPIRE by my DIY projects and those of other passionate DIY'ers. Also to EDUCATE people about the latest products and how to use them. Lastly i would like to ENCOURAGE everybody to a better and more organised life (especially when toddlers come to picture). Through all that on this blog I really hope that it will also bring people closer to God, as that is my rock that keeps me moving forward.

I really hope that with this blog I will inspire many people with my DIY's and organising ideas. My mind is always full of ideas, sometimes it keeps me awake at night. Than i decided to write things down, and what a better idea than blogging. DIY is one thing, but I've come to learn that I cannot even do that propely if I dont stay organised. So that is my other aim in this blog, motivate people to stay organised and at the end of the day have more family time.

And the Name? My husband , who I always rely on ideas and opinions helped to choose this awesome name for this blog. The main idea was to help give exposure to the local crafters I see at the local flea markets that many people don't get to see because they are either working or have something else on. With this many people localy and nationaly will be able to see the wonderful products these people make.

Hi and welcome to my crazy space, here I would like to share with you all those thought and ideas that keep me awake at night. Sometimes it feels like a an addiction, but who would want a cure from it. DIY and crafts is just sooo much fun.

Having a crafty mother and grandmother that could almost re-purpose anything, taught me alot when i was growing up. I just love DIY's, even if it means re creating something I can buy in a shop, its just so much fun. Reading many blogs in the past few years inspired me to create my own and share a piece of my world with all of you. Blogs like The Thinking Closet and I Heart Organising is full of amazing ideas on not just DIY's, but also how to improve your life with simple things around you.

So you're probably thinking who is this crazy girl and whats her aim with all this.

Well I'm from a sunny South Africa, little town called Richards Bay. I'm married to an amazing husband and have a little 3 year old busy body. But i will chat about what keeps me grounded a little later.

My pride and joy

Now I will like to tell few things about what keeps me going forward between doing housework, full time work and spending time with my family.

The two best things that God could have ever blessed me with is my husband Attie and my child Aiden.

I love those two to the moon and back. Speaking of God, he gives me strentgh that sometimes I dont even think I could have. Everytime I fall down, I get this helping hand from him. There is so many things I would like to say of how my faith in him has helped me to be a better wife, mother and a friend. And that I would like to share with you through My Journey.
