Today I would like to share with you all TOP 10 Healthy lunch and snack ideas from lots of inspiring posts.

 

Having a little 3 year old inspired me to write this post to help others to use creativity to intruduce and encourage kids to eat healthier food. And no, it does not come easy, trust me, I am talking from experience. But one step at a time, my goal is to teach my child healthy eating. I hope you will feel inspired to make healthy lunches and snacks for your kiddos.

Now we all know apples are no.1 source of great vitamins. But no one likes brown apples for lunch, check out this great idea on how to keep the apple as if it was just cut

Its quick, its easy. And I am sure any kid will love it.
Endless ideas with these, why not try to add crushed mealies into the dough.... 

How fun would ghots on a stick be? Its fun and easy.
Why not coat it with nuts or even better let your kids do their own coatings. I am sure they will love eating their own creations.

What kid wouldn't want to have their very own boat on their lunch or dinner plate. This is to make boat would be perfect for all the little pirates.

Living a better You provides with lots and lots of great ideas on how to pack a healthy lunch for kids.

Eggs are an amazing source of protein, unfortunately not all kids like them. Make them fun and create little devils or even all sort of different faces. Use your imagination and be a kid again.

A flower is always a hit with the little princesses, why not create beautiful healthy flowers.

These funky Sandwich ideas will let your kids begging for more. 

So instead of chips, why not create these exciting, healthy and fun granola bars. And what's even better that its no baking, yes you heard right, not bake equals easy.
